Garde UK Facilities originally started in 2005 providing Security management services to clients ranging from large Housing Associations and Local Authorities to private estates, commercial and private domestic properties.
Due to our continued success, growth and excellent client liaison and contract management relations, we were constantly asked if we could provide additional facilities management based services to the same high standards as our security contracts.
As a result we have been able to provide and develop a range of bespoke Facilities management services, using both internal staff and external contractors.
All external contractors have been vetted and interviewed by Garde UK Facilities to ensure they fulfil the requirement of our approved contractor list.
Our contract management team ensure that all work completed by these contractors meet the same high standards, as if they were our own internal staff.
Using our own independently built Garde UK Facilities management software, accessible via PC, Smartphone or Tablet, the client is able to access and track jobs, inspections and progress reports created by our facilities team throughout the day.
